i know ill probably get a lot of hate for this but my goal isnt to be liked by everyone its to speak my mind and my hope is that by sharing my perspective that will somehow help someone

all ill say is everyone gets nervous, everyone gets sad

and sometimes those emotions last for a long time and can be intense

but there isnt a magic pill thats gonna fix it

emotions are meant to be felt and until you address why you are feeling the way you are feeling the loop will continue
